"We truly could not have asked for a better realtor than Ari! This was our first home and our first time going through the selling process, and she made everything so easy and stress-free from start to finish. With two young kids, having someone we could completely trust to stay on top of everything was HUGE for us.

Ari’s communication was amazing. We rarely even had to reach out with questions because she was always one step ahead, keeping us updated and making sure we knew exactly what was going on throughout the entire process. She helped us determine the right listing price, gave us great advice on staging and little things we could do to make the house stand out, and was there to guide us through every decision along the way.

Our house went pending after only 13 days on the market which we were extremely happy with! Throughout negotiations and every decision that came up, Ari never made us feel pressured. She always encouraged us to think things through, made sure we understood our options, and would even double-check that we were truly happy with a decision before moving forward. “My husband was bound and determined to find his dream home in Florida. With divine intervention he started corresponding from Ohio with Arianna Falzone almost daily. They spoke for almost 2 years trying to find the right house. Early January of 2024, we decided to drive down to the Cape Coral area for 1 week and meet up with this amazing young woman so she can show us a few homes. Not only was she knowledgeable about the Cape Coral and surrounding areas on land, she was well versed in the area regarding boat ownership, for example tides in southern Florida, bridge heights, water levels to bridge, which waterways can lead you to the gulf and which would be more difficult to get there, Bait stores, beaches to boat to and of course great restaurants to eat at. I was blown away!! If she didn’t have the answer she found out by the days end. When we found “the” home, she was persistent with the homeowner’s realtor as we had some push back as to what was meant by “turnkey”, what was listed as staying and what they changed after an offer was given. None the less the deal was closed and we now have ourdream home and a new family member!”
