"The Cole Team" is comprised of Brenda, Brooke and Scoop Cole, and a unique team of real estate expert advisors trained in financing, marketing, and being named by Realtor.com as city experts,and the Cinc home search site taking buyers and sellers from the beginning to the end of their transaction with stress free transactions. They specialize in residential and commercial real estate, waterfront dream homes, first time buyers, as well as guiding through new construction with many builders, foreclosures, and finding the best vacant land for your investment or building. Scoop Cole was licensed as a Florida real estate agent in 1978, and was taught the art of real estate from his father Harmon, who opened Cole Realty Group in 1970 in Cape Coral. Scoop’s father was President of the Cape Coral Association of Realtors, & Realtor of the Year in 1975; the 1st father and son team to accomplish both! Brenda sold real estate in Columbus, OH and surrounding areas until 1984 when she moved to Cape Coral.
In 1989, Brenda and Scoop joined forces and franchised with Prudential Real Estate, then moved on to the top real estate franchise in the county, RE/MAX for the level of professionalism and their culture.
The Coles have earned awards annually since the inception of “THE COLE TEAM”. These include coveted industry awards such as the “Top 100 Nationwide”, “Legend”, and the “Chairman Circle” with Prudential Real Estate affiliates. In 1989, Brenda was awarded “Realtor of the Year” and Scoop, proudly following in his father’s footsteps, was President of the Cape Coral Realtor Association. Scoop and his father are the first father and son to be President of the Association of REALTORS.

Scoop is originally from Ann Arbor, Michigan and Brenda hails from Columbus, Ohio. Although their college teams were arch rivals, they now both proudly identify themselves as “Seminole” fans, as their youngest daughter graduated from Florida State University.
When they are not busy selling real estate, Scoop pursues his hobbies of car racing and golfing, while Brenda enjoys walking the beach, yoga, and boating.

Brooke Cole is the third generation of Coles selling real estate in our beautiful city of Cape Coral. She graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Communications and another in Theater. Brooke spent several years as the senior morning producer at WINK News until she decided it was time to get started on the profession that runs in her blood. Jen was born in Crown Point, IN., but grew up right here in Cape Coral, FL. She is the second generation of REALTORs in her family. Her father specializes in the Marco Island area, where Jen spent a lot of time boating and fishing. Jen has extensive experience in construction as the owner and office manager of an a/c business. Jen has three fabulous kids ages 13-19. Right now her oldest attends Florida Gulf Coast University. Jen loves to spend her spare time playing tennis or hitting the beach. Annie Richards grew up in Hershey, Pennsylvania but left the cold north for life in Southwest Florida. Before becoming a REALTOR®, she was an Executive Producer at WINK News for more than five years. Annie has degrees in Broadcast Journalism and Political Science from Penn State. Her background in news and politics has made her an avid news junkie -- always up to speed on the latest development projects and local government decisions.
